Located at 15 E 2nd Street in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This class combines a high intensity cardio workout with REAL Muay Thai/Kickboxing techniques used in MMA and fighting. Many 'cadio kickboxing' classes focus soley on the cardio aspect, and do not teach the actual art of Muay Thai, using incorrect movements and teaching incorrect techniques. Here we focus on real technique! This class is for ALL women, of ALL ages and ALL fitness levels. Beginners and no experience is encouraged. You will work at your own pace, and not be required to do things you are uncomfortable with. This is NO/LOW CONTACT class.
